Online Clothing Bank
Donate With Oh Polly
In 2021, we became the first retailer to launch an Online Clothing Bank, giving our UK customers a sustainable way to extend the life of their pre-loved clothing. We know that updating your wardrobe often leaves older styles unworn, so we created a charitable and circular solution in partnership with The Salvation Army.
Step 1: Register Your Donation
Click the link below and follow the simple steps to register your clothing donation with The Salvation Army.
Step 2: Pack Your Items
Package your pre-loved or unwearable textiles securely. Donate any brand, not just Oh Polly.
Step 3: Drop Off & Track
Download your free QR code or returns label, then take your parcel to a local drop-off point. Check our FAQ for more details.
What Is an Online Clothing Bank?
Instead of physically going to a charity shop, you can generate a free returns label and send your donations straight to The Salvation Army at your local drop-off point. Fuss-free, helping charity and a much more sustainable way of clearing out your wardrobe!
The Salvation Army
The Salvation Army provides specialist support for survivors and potential victims of modern slavery, shelter for those experiencing homelessness and so much more as the largest charity-owned textiles collector in the UK.
The Salvation Army’s trading arm (SATCoL) repurposes over 60,000 tonnes of second-hand textiles. SATCoL delivers a message of hope through sustainable efforts and develops strategies to help protect the planet, one donation at a time. Your donations can be a part of continuing to create change. So far we've raised over £6,000.

Have Oh Polly Pieces in Good Condition?
If your Oh Polly items are still loved and wearable, sell them on our Pre-Loved site - they deserve a second chapter in someone else’s wardrobe. Not perfect? That’s okay! Any other clothing - including older or less wearable Oh Polly styles - can be donated to The Salvation Army and put to good use.
